At LBD, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
